Also regardless of your fitness level this class is for you the program caters for all abilities and ages whether your 16 or 60 the program has something for you. Typically you will burn 600 to 1000 calories per hour. If you are looking to lose weight the program with a healthy diet will give you results I see hundreds of people every week and I've met many people who have lost stones! Not pounds! by incorporating a healthy diet with Zumba.

Class Information

All my classes cost £4 per session.  Please wear loose clothing and suitable footwear such as trainers or running shoes.  Bring a drink of water also as you will work up a sweat in my classes.  My classes are great fun with a great bunch of people all enjoing the Zumba Dance Experience.  You don't need to book just turn up.  Please check out my timetable for all current classes, venues and times.
